Yarn : I finished that little baby hat that was giving me such trouble…I finally bought a new skein of yarn as the first one became too splitt-y after unraveling, or frogging, it so many times! And good timing, this little baby was born this week… 
Reading: Even though we are much more city-folk than country, I can’t help myself by picking up books like these (The Self-Sufficient Life and How To Live It & American Family Style) from our library and reading them at leisure. It’s a nice dream…

What a gorgeous hat! I envy your ability to knit. I love to crochet, but each and every time I pick up the knitting needles to learn… we have words.
